The first 3 (W, Mo, and E) try to hold and cap as a group, while the Ranger goes off to Capture Shrines on Herself is basically the tactics (simple, i know, but, thats all i do >_>). I'm fairly sure i probably need a lot of help with this..so..fire away :P

and also, I'm fairly new to HB, so i'm not fighting the best players, but I seem to win around 3:1 ratio.

Quite a nice build .Some general suggestion.

Warrior:
- IMO, conjure frost isn't that good while you could take stuff like rending touch (a lot of hero monk rely on enchantments + being able to end recall prematurely is quite useful), mending touch or signet of malice (helps quite a lot against rangers and assassins) or distracting blow (will certainly give you kills against stoneflesh tanks). Plus, it would give you some extra attributes in tactics.
- If you do keep conjure frost, consider dropping strength to pump your tactics a bit.

Monk:
- Replace signet of devotion with deny hexes...

Elementalist:
- quite a nice build, but what's immolate doing in there? Anyway, it might be worth it to a res sig on this one to prevent domino deads (that is, to prevent a full wipe once they killed your monk).

Ranger 2:
- Pin down would be better than debilitating shot IMHO.

hmm not bad, props on not just running metacrap.

not too sure about the E/Mo, SF is terribad even in HB fast condition control will wreck it especially if you're fighting a human monk. Also it's not advisable for a hero to waste 2 seconds to cast healing seed since it doesn't heal for enough to make it worthwhile.

Incindiary Arrows is a nice touch on the ranger, spamm interrupts can swing a match, I'd say make room for Called Shot or some other unblockable bow attack since most robomonks play blockway.

The bigest problem you may have is I'm not sure how splittable this build is, cause running around as a group of 4 is not a long term good tactic especially against tankers. The idea is good but your ele and ranger will get their faces torn off if you send them to solo cap.
