The first 3 (W, Mo, and E) try to hold and cap as a group, while the Ranger goes off to Capture Shrines on Herself is basically the tactics (simple, i know, but, thats all i do >_>). I'm fairly sure i probably need a lot of help with this..so..fire away :P
and also, I'm fairly new to HB, so i'm not fighting the best players, but I seem to win around 3:1 ratio.

hmm not bad, props on not just running metacrap.
not too sure about the E/Mo, SF is terribad even in HB fast condition control will wreck it especially if you're fighting a human monk. Also it's not advisable for a hero to waste 2 seconds to cast healing seed since it doesn't heal for enough to make it worthwhile.
Incindiary Arrows is a nice touch on the ranger, spamm interrupts can swing a match, I'd say make room for Called Shot or some other unblockable bow attack since most robomonks play blockway.
The bigest problem you may have is I'm not sure how splittable this build is, cause running around as a group of 4 is not a long term good tactic especially against tankers. The idea is good but your ele and ranger will get their faces torn off if you send them to solo cap.
